Welcome to our tropical haven, 5-min walk from the Beach, in a secure gated community. Cozy 1-bedroom apartment, tucked away in our side garden with a shaded front porch where you can enjoy nature. Step outside to discover the shared garden area with seating and lush fruit trees, including a delightful tamarind tree offering its delicious snacks. The place runs on solar power to be mindful of our footprint. This is our home, and we hope guests enjoy it, love it, and respect it as much as we do.

Location, Cleanliness, Comfort & Wifi. Come & enjoy this small but very well located unit in Ocean Park, near beach, grocery, stores, restaurants and bars! Equipped with 2 kitchen burners, Microwave, Refrigerator & a Gas BBQ with a Side Burner, in the patio; which has a table & chairs to relax. And if you rent a car (not so big) you can park it inside. Relax by the beach while staying local in San Juan. Located in a coastal community in between the airport and Old San Juan. Our studio is fully equipped with its own private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, patio and entrance. We're located in Park Boulevard, one block away from Ultimo Trolley beach and Barbosa City Park. Walk or bike to nearby reastaurants, different beaches or even Old San Juan (3mile ride through the bike lane.) We love nature and treat our home as if it was a forest.
