It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The 400 sq. ft. space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. The first bed is situated in a semi-private corner of the studio, while the second bed rolls out into the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep with a microwave/convection oven and portable induction cooktop.
