Beautiful backyard guest house in Los Osos. Comfortable and cozy, peaceful and private. There is a fold out couch perfect for a child. No kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a hot water kettle. Enjoy the adjacent hot tub and private fenced in yard. Not a place for loud parties, just some peace. You will be walking distance from Baywood Park and the back bay. 10 Minutes away from Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. About 45 minutes north to Hearst Castle

Our peaceful home is located a short walk from the back bay of Los Osos. Its new design makes for a restful getaway with its luxurious bedroom, hot tub, and soothing bath. Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Baywood Suite

Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

The cottage is located on a family owned Ranch just minutes from the 101. Come visit our horses, goats, chickens, cows, and pigs. Or get a Christmas tree during the season .

Come unwind on this gated 4.5-acre retreat, newly built in 2019! Located in the heart of the Templeton Gap wine region — with wineries just down the street — you’ll be minutes from both downtown Templeton and Atascadero. Relax on the spacious 500 sq. ft. patio and take in the sweeping views while enjoying a BBQ, sipping local wine, playing lawn games, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars. **Hot tub is currently being fixed. We had an electrician determine it needs a replacement part.

Patio furniture wiith covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

At SLO Paradise you are in the hub of everything! Walking distance to downtown where you can find the famous farmers market, Woodstocks, Firestone, and one block from Sally Loo’s. You are also ~1 mile from Cal Poly Campus and a 10 minute drive to the beach. We are animal-friendly and charge a pet fee for cleaning. There is a large front yard fenced in for dogs to run around or your friends and family to relax, BBQ, and play corn hole. Our newest addition is a 7 person Hot Tub!

Cozy Historic Craftsman Bungalow

Located in SLO's Old Town Historic District, featuring beautifully restored Victorian and Craftsman homes, this two bedroom Craftsman is less than a 5 minute walk to downtown shops/restaurants/nightlife. Despite its central location, the house is situated on a quiet street without heavy traffic. The property includes a private yard with a large (8 person) hot tub and grill. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for gourmet or casual cooking.

-This is the LOWER LEVEL OF A DUPLEX and can only book for 30 days minimum. -PLEASE reconsider booking if you have mobility difficulties because of the MANY STEPS. -The solar-powered cottage is tucked up on the hill, in a very quiet neighborhood. -You'll have access to the entire Downstairs Cottage with its own entrance and private deck, as well as to all SHARED areas of 6 new Decks, Kids' Slide, Bridge to "Crow's nest", Hot Tub and 2 propane fire pits..
