Originally built in Carlsbad village in the 1920’s, the house was moved to its current location in 1933, by Ms. Mary Christensen. Vintage cottage in the heart of lively Carlsbad Village. Leave your car at home! This house is 3 blocks from all the shops and restaurants on State Street and a 10 min walk to the beach. The property includes boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Just add water!! Spend a fun day in the sun or enjoy all San Diego has to offer then come home to your retreat for a glass of wine around the gas firepit before strolling to one of the many restaurants nearby.

Welcome to a very peaceful spot overlooking the beautiful Bonsall Valley in North San Diego. Located central to the beaches, wine country, and all the attractions San Diego has to offer. This is a house built for our friends to come stay on our 6 acre ranch. It’s very rare to have a country experience like this, so close to the ocean and the mountains! On a clear day, you can see both the coastline and some of the highest mountains in California.

The Crow's Nest Studio - walk to beach and town

Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy.
