The principal bedroom has a king bed & en suite bath; the second bedroom has two twins (which can be converted to a king). There is a second full bath off the hall. If needed, there is an air mattress which can accommodate 1-2 additional guests.

Conveniently located in the Boca Del Rio section of San Pedro Town where you can drive your golf cart up to the condo from the beach. New furniture added May 2017. Famous restaurants and bars, grocery stores and other services are within a short walk. Beach is about 20 steps from front door and pool is in front. There is an manager locally to help with all needs. Security is on site in the evenings.
