Private in-law unit is located behind the main house in a quiet neighborhood in Dublin, CA. Close to BART for an easy commute to San Francisco and near the Iron Horse trail for a morning or evening run. Along with a private entry, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen this unit has a sleeper sofa and could accommodate up to 3 guests. Perfect alternative to a hotel if you're travelling to the Bay Area for business or coming to visit family. NO PETS PLEASE. No children under 12 years old.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Deep cleaned. 2 separate units off same foyer; no shared walls. Private locked unit door. Shared access to spa/pool (9am-11pm) for overnight guests only. Host lives upstairs.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Staying in our guest house will give you a taste of the country in a organic setting of the yard. This open floor plan is bright and airy, spacious kitchen with large peninsula view for eating and socializing. Beautiful front porch perfect for warm summer nights, with views of the hills.

Quiet, luxurious 400 square feet in-law unit (1 Bedroom/1 Bath) located in the beautiful Dublin Ranch Golf Club. The in-law suite is part of a bigger house but is completely private with a separate entrance. The studio has quality furnishings including a queen bed, dresser, office desk & chair, couch, and flat screen TV. While there is no full kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge & a microwave in the unit. We have Disney+, Hulu and Netflix for you to enjoy. No pets please.

Our charming cottage is a relaxing retreat in the city! Our sweet cabin is small and cozy set in an expansive garden oasis. We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.

Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Located at the junction of freeways 680, 580, and 24, this apartment is in a perfect location with covered parking to boot! It has a full kitchenette, an adjustable bed, and a smart TV. Enjoy the privacy and the surrounding oak trees as well as the easy access to everything the Bay Area has to offer!
