Set along the River Adige in central Verona, the apartment is within walking distance of traditional restaurants, boutique shops, trendy bars, and quaint cafes. The Arena di Verona is steps away. The San Zeno area is an ancient part of the town, well preserved and very alive, still not too touristic but very charming and safe: the Basilica of San Zeno in San Zeno square, heart of the district, is the most beautiful church of Verona. In the price is not included the VERONA TOURIST TAX of 2,50€/person/day that visitors has to pay in cash upon their arrival. Ci troviamo in uno dei rioni piú tipici della città: Carega, che significa sedia in dialetto. Il nome deriva dalla presenza di tante osterie, piccoli ristoranti con cucina tipica. Piazza Erbe, il balcone di Giulietta, le Arche Scaligere, CastelSanPietro e tutti i monumenti sono raggiungibili a piedi. A city pass for free on-street parking in permitted areas is included, also useful for avoiding the ZTL.
