This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Our location is on a quiet dead-end street in the beautiful redwood forested mountains above Felton. We have an intimate private suite (bedroom with Queen bed, sitting room and bath), with its own entrance. We have a wide view of the San Lorenzo Valley, and are only 2 miles from downtown Felton.
