29 Sandend Cottage

The family owned cottage has been fully refurbished in 2020. The kitchen with all major appliances / lounge / dining area is integrated and open plan. The shower room with u/f heating is on the ground floor. Two bedrooms rest on the first floor and are accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a small sea view window in the second bedroom with a comfortable chair for reading and looking out to sea. There is no TV. High speed WiFi Internet access available. Please note that no pets are allowed.

Stylish bungalow located on a key vantage point giving spectacular views over the Moray Firth. Directly across the quiet street take a seat on the bench overlooking Cullen Bay, you will need a moment to catch your breath as you take it all in. Located only a few minutes short walk from all local amenities. Modern and light throughout our bungalow is a great space to relax and unwind. South facing decked garden to the rear. Parking on street or on driveway. Shed to store outdoor equipment.

Renovated fishing cottage close to the beach

Our holiday home is a home from home! Our boys have grown up here so we hopefully have everything a family needs. It is within walking distance to the beach, harbour, cafes and restaurants. A short drive away you will find distilleries, golf courses and the beautiful Moray coast. We spent 6 years renovating our beautiful fisherman's cottage and we regularly spend time here with our boys. We would like to reassure guests that we follow all industry guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.

Dalrymple Cottage

Beautiful fisherman’s coastal cottage that is located 60 steps away from the stunning beach in Cullen. A perfect holiday home for couples and families wishing to explore the wonders of the Moray coast. The cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard for you to relax and enjoy your break to the fullest. There is an outside cold shower and patio area. Large storage area for clothes and cases is available in mirrored cupboards upstairs. Parking available at front and rear of cottage.

The Old Merchant House, Portsoy Harbour

“The Old Merchant House” is a stunning, iconic, grade A listed property sitting immediately on the harbour front in Portsoy and is located on the Moray Firth coastal footpath and National Cycle Route 1. The property has a date stone of 1726 and was originally the home of Alexander (Laird) Brebner, a famous merchant and renowned smuggler. The house featured in the 2016 remake of the film "Whisky Galore". More recently the house featured prominently in the latest TV series of Peaky Blinders.

Ideally situated with a 1 minute walk to both New Harbour and the Historic 17th Century Old Harbour. The cottage is also a 5/10 minute walk to the local shops which includes 2 bakeries, Portsoy Ice Cream Shop, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, take aways and bars, Portsoy Gift Shop and a grocery store.

This spacious family sized house is perfect for your special break at any time of the year. It’s directly across from the beach and has amazing beach and sea views from both inside and out. The large elevated scenic garden has a range of comfortable furniture for relaxing, socialising and alfresco dining. Cozy up in front of the log burning stove during the colder weather and always be assured of a parking space during the busy summer months due to the 2 car off-street driveway.

Hill Crest is a traditional stone-built cottage superbly located in a prime elevated site with spectacular panoramic views overlooking Cullen Bay in the Royal Burgh of Cullen. A charming and historic fishing village on the Moray Firth in Scotland, Cullen is beautifully positioned against the backdrop of 19th century railway viaducts. The two-story cottage sleeps 6 adults and makes for a fabulous dwelling for both couples and families looking to explore the rugged Moray Firth.

Harbour View Cottage is situated in the traditional fishing village of Sandend, nestled between the town of Portsoy and Cullen village. Sandend has one of the best surfing blue flag beaches in Scotland. The harbour offers fishing and "harbour jumping" as well as crabbing. Our cottage is one of the most spacious within the conservation village, with off street car parking available. We will do our utmost to ensure the best stay possible in our bright and comfortable cottage.

Sandend (Scots: Sanine) is a small fishing village, located between Portsoy and Cullen approximately one hour’s drive from Aberdeen. As its name suggest the village is situated beside a picturesque beach that slopes gently into the sea and is popular with both families looking for a beautiful spot to relax and play in the sand and with surfers many of whom travel many miles to ride the waves in what is considered to be one of the best surfing beaches on the Moray Coast.
