Adobe Casita Behind Balloon Fiesta- Pet Friendly

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Welcome to our true New Mexican Adobe casita located in the North Valley of Albuquerque! Adjoined to our larger adobe main house, this charming little home boasts viga ceilings, a beautiful sunroof, brick floors, classic Spanish tilework, wood burning fireplace, and a stunning loft where the sunrise over the Sandia Mountains can wake you each morning. Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

Hawk House

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!

The Cozy Escape (PS5,netflix)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

This is your authentic southwestern casita, where the sky becomes the canvas for the sun's paint brush. West exposure for great sunsets Very private studio with a completely fenced yard for your furry friends. Easy access to I-25 N & S. Abq-25 Minutes, Santa Fe- 45 minutes 2 miles to to the Rail Runner train station. Minutes from great restaurants and breweries. Easy access to Balloon Fiesta from the north. If the wind is right you don't have to go..they often fly near you.

(PLEASE NOTE THE COTTAGE IS HEATED SOLEY BY A WOOD BURNING STOVE) The daily rate is for double occupancy. This Jemez Springs cozy private cottage has beautiful views of the valley and is close to family-friendly activities including natural attractions like hot springs and caves.
