Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
