Our large 5 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

It is stylish, cosy and comfortable This period property has beautiful views over the large garden which often displays a beautiful sun set .You may well be treated to the church bells or deer, green woodpeckers and rabbits in the garden . On-street free parking, close walking distance to local shops and pubs for evening meals. Crowle train station 1.7 miles, 6 minute drive. Good motorway connection from M62, M18, M180.

Lambert Lodge Annex - 2 Bedrooms with parking

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.
