This is a terraced property in a URBAN area on a road with traffic. Triple glazing so no road noise when the windows are closed.

Excellent bus service to Birmingham Arena, Symphony Hall, Rep theatre and city centre 5 mins walk away. Metro 15 mins.

We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

The historic village of Ironbridge is set in a steep sided gorge with narrow roads. We are situated at the top. It is a 12 minute drive to Telford town centre, conference venues and train station. Close to the National Cycle Routes we offer a 10% discount for guests arrive by bike or public transport.

Whole private second floor and an half, including double bedroom and private bathroom, plus a unique TV/resting area, it's a green bubble at the door of the big city, ideally located 7 min walk from Kings Norton station. Spacious, quiet and cozy, our loft is on the second floor of the house, which we refurbished over the past few years while keeping its Edwardian soul. Access is via the main house entrance and through shared corridor and staircase.

Emmanuel House offers a superb double bedroom in a 4 bedroom family house with pretty gardens to the rear. 10 mins drive to Telford Town Centre, Telford Railway station, the international exhibition Centre and the world famous Ironbridge.
