This Guesthouse exists of two rooms: a full bed and a futon bed in the second room, a full kitchen, with custom designed Mahogany cabinets, and a spacious enclosed porch. The ten minute walk to the center of town is safe. We offer gated parking. We speak English and German.

The Moroton area of San Ignacio is a mix between commercial and residential area. We are a very progressive bunch, and welcoming to everyone. We accept all guests. The home sits beside St. Andrews Anglican School and is an extremely safe area, excellent for a family or couple who wants to walk around town.
