Cozy cottage in central Santa Fe

Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

Stay where Gandalf & Frodo plan their next adventures. Explore the beautiful tile mural depicting an Ent's life (also known as Onodrim (Tree-host) by the Elves), take a seat in Gandalf's chair and command his staff, touch the amethyst crystal inlaid in the underground walls & enjoy the silence of being within the earth. The lovely Garden suite, a short walk across the courtyard, includes wifi, kitchen, and bath. Relax in another world & enjoy a break from reality! 15 min from Santa Fe plaza.

Light Filled Studio Near Canyon Rd & Museum Hill

This beautiful contemporary studio has a king bed from our local Sequoia custom furniture designer. Santa Fe style with coved viga ceilings, brick floors and hand troweled plaster walls.. It can be rented alone or with our casita de la Luz near Canyon Road Mountain views. Direct TV . The studio sleeps 2. There are basic kitchen necessities such as coffee and tea. We are providing a gas grill on porch for barbecuing. We are located on a quiet lane on the Historic Eastside near hiking.

Enjoy a modern space in downtown Madrid in an historic Miner Shack! You can walk to the restaurants, galleries, coffee shop, live music…in 1 minute from your place. There are also 2 patios for you for stargazing and hanging outside with a firepit! It’s centrally located between Santa Fe (20 minutes) & Albuquerque (45 minutes). This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
