El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

Our unique and recently refurbished home is located in the heart of a wonderful Canarian town called Agaete. It is an oasis of peace with lots of light, space, local plants, and beautiful energy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

Das Höhlenhaus hängt wie Schwalbennest am Hang. Es besticht besonders durch seinen traumhaften Meerblick und Süd-West Ausrichtung. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man bis zur Nachbarinsel Teneriffa. Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind im Höhlenteil des Hauses untergebracht. Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.

Das Haus liegt inmitten eines alten Stadtteils, abseits von Touristenhochburgen in Santa Lucia de Tirajana , 29 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Kleinere Geschäfte und mehrere Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen , der nächste größere Supermarkt in Vecindario befindet sich ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Ein öffentliches Freibad befindet sich im Ort. Das Tirajana Tal ist ideal für Wanderliebhaber. Wir haben das Haus im Februar 2022 gekauft und es vollständig Renoviert.
