Sweet, Sunny Studio & Private Patio

This bright, comfortable studio has vaulted ceilings, a skylight, air conditioning, and laminate flooring. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials. Bathroom has tile flooring and a tile shower, but no bathtub. The studio is roomy with a little nook area for the comfortable queen bed. Desk for working remotely. Large, fully fenced, sunny patio for your enjoyment. The space is completely private both inside and outside.

Horses, Farmhouses and France. You'll find these themes woven throughout our accommodation. Extremely welcoming and charming, our first floor 950sq. Ft. space sits below the main house on the west side. You'll find Pottery Barn linens, upscale decor and authentic barn doors that add a Wow factor. Plenty of fresh pillows and wonderful LATHER amenities. Start and end your day with coffee, then wine, on the patio under the cozy cabana with fire pit! Newly added French Camp room for summer fun!

We self-developed our rural property as a secluded retreat with dog-friendly gardens. To share our creation with you, we designed a private 2nd-floor guest suite (ok to bring your good dogs). Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.
