Welcome to our new stylish townhouse with hot tub on private deck overlooking Engineer Mountain. Just a short 25 minute drive to Durango which has a charming downtown with groceries, restaurants, shops, & breweries and airport!

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).
