Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

We have a furnished studio(annexe)with separate entrance of the house in garden area near City Centre,Railway station,Bus Station and Football and Cricket Grounds.Ideal location for staying in Nottingham.Buses and Trams are available to go anywhere in Nottingham.There are big food chains McDonalds,Pizza Hut and other restaurants near the house in Castle Marina Retail park., House is located in NG2 area that is almost near the centre of Nottingham.Studio is furnished with facilities. The Annex

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

Welcome to my peaceful two-bedroom duplex flat in a quiet village. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing, plus a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom. While some of my belongings remain as I stay between rentals, they’ll be kept out of the way, leaving plenty of space for you.

We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

Located in the beautiful market town of Bingham, this stylish guest house is an ideal base for business trips, country retreats, hiking trips or for attending weddings or local events.
