My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This home was featured in the June 2021 issue of SO RI magazine! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and 2nd bath has a standing rain shower with sprawling marble sink. House has towels, beach chairs and bikes.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Please look at our reviews to see if we would be a good fit. A few miles from several local beaches, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. 4:20 friendly.

Welcome to our 6-bedroom 4-bath home in Narragansett's historic Pier neighborhood. Right off of Boon Street where you will find local restaurants, just three blocks from the ocean & one block from a park! Very walkable and bikeable neighborhood. Just renovated with high-end finishes. The home's large 2 bedroom attached in-law suite is complete with a private entrance. *Any outside guests, vendors, media, and photography use of the home must be approved by the owner prior to booking.

House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.
