Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und ein Tiny House zu vermieten. Das Haus öffnet -typisch teeländisch- seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse,. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Boven 1 ruime slaapkamer met inloopdouche, toilet en een slaapzoldertje op de 2e verdieping. Op 50m loopafstand van supermarkt, bakker, restaurants en fietsenverhuur. Parkeren op eigen terrein.
