In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. The Hochzillertal holiday home on the Kama Alm for up to 10 people lies at about 1000 meters altitude with a wonderful view! Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

Auf ca. 1.000 m Seehöhe liegt die Stoaberghüttn sehr ruhig und idyllisch am Waldrand in Steinberg am Rofan. Sie erreichen die Stoaberghüttn ganzjährig bequem per PKW pickerlfrei über den Tegernsee oder Lenggries. Im Winter sind Winterreifen und ggf. Schneeketten nötig. Bitte beachten Sie das Partys in der Stoaberghüttn nicht gestattet sind.
