The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

Tucked away just 300m from Paxton House, Dene Cottage offers 1 double room with luxury bath / shower room in a fairytale setting with woodland walks along the river Tweed. An additional single room is available which is listed separately and is not let, unless agreed, when the double room is taken. This is a ‘b&b’ not a self catering property but good breakfast is included.
