You'll also love just enjoying the deck and the beauty of the Virginia countryside.

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Sunny Suite on Main is a spacious, sunny upstairs 1BR private apartment with front & back stair access in our 120+ year-old charmer! She's got vintage personality, comfy vibes, and all the essentials. Some things are a little old-school—but hey, that’s part of the magic! Clean, cozy, and totally functional. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for travel nurses or anyone needing a cozy crash pad. Need an early check-in time - just ask!

Halifax Cottage

Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!

This 150 year old home is a special place to visit. It includes all the amenities you need with fast WiFi, a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and your own private king size bed. Not to mention 30 acres and privacy to spare including a private pond, dock, and fire pit. Come relax and enjoy this newly updated space or head on over to nearby lake Gaston for fishing, boating, water skiing, or amazing lake side dining!

Relax with the family at this beautiful Roanoke Rapids Lakehouse featured on VisitNC (link included in pictures). Bring your own boat to fish or ski the day away, with the ability to moor it up at the boathouse for easy everyday use. Bracey Historic Train Depot

Want to step back in time to the late 1800's? Staying at the historic Bracey Train Depot will give you that experience and more. The Depot is among one of the surviving buildings with the old post office across the street, the general store next door and landmarks. This section of Bracey Drive is at times secluded, just around the 'cut' and a half mile from I-85.
