The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, the living area has a queen size sofa-sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair & dining table with 4 seats. Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach.

Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park 3 blocks down the hill. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Welcome to your own hideaway garden studio with it's own private entrance. This studio has 1 Queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a bar area with a mini fridge, two burners, microwave and toaster. French doors open to a redwood deck and garden as well as views of Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. We are located in Sutro Heights, and are within a few minutes of the French Legion of Honor Museum, the Academy of Sciences Museum, and the DeYoung Museum.

While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered
