Hummingbird Cottage in Quiet Residential Arbor Heights

We are 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to the beaches at Alki and Lincoln Park. Your quiet backyard refuge is newly remodeled with everything you’ll need for a weekend or a month. We are just a half block from the bus stop and access to Seattle’s great transit system. Whether you’re here for Business, visiting family, or on holiday, Hummingbird cottage should fill the bill. You have off street parking and the entire space to yourself, with laundry facilities and a full kitchen at your disposal. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play crib for your little one just let us know. I’ll be here to greet you (unless you come in very late), in which case I’ll give you the code for our August Bluetooth lock to get in when you arrive. We’re only 50 feet away if you need us but will give you your space if you don’t. Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.

Intimate Fremont Cottage Loft with A/C

We have A/C! The comfortable Cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Fremont with private parking in driveway and a fenced-in courtyard. The Cottage is within a short walking distance to downtown Fremont, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge, Woodland Park Zoo and several award winning restaurants and coffee shops. Please Note!! The spiral staircase, to access the loft more easily, is a narrow and tight fit! It is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Pet’s - We are dog friendly only

Serene City Studio

Vibrant studio guest house. Every comfort was thought of as this studio was designed (and used primarily for) visiting family. This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. Internet: WiFi 6, Ethernet ports, 1,200 mbps ISP. 2 foldout desk options provide work spaces.

This cozy retreat is perfect for the travel enthusiast seeking a unique stay! Our tranquil garden Banana Cabana is perfect for a relaxing getaway with beautiful wood beams, stone, tile heated floor, king size bed, corner soaking tub, large rain shower head and a British Colonial/safari/world travel inspired interior. The cabana sits in a secluded backyard with used brick patio, mature banana plants and bamboo, outdoor fireplace, BBQ, gentle water fountains and grape vines.

Enjoy this unique space for a relaxing peaceful stay. Full amenities to care for your basic living needs. You will find this a private and comfortable space to retreat, refresh, or just enjoy access to what the area offers. We offer patio area where you can watch the sunset over the Olympic Mountains. A fire pit set up for a bonfire experience is also available upon request for an additional fee if you so desire. Stay for two days, a week, or longer.

Seattle Alki Beach Cottage Studio

Welcome to your private, quiet retreat, featuring a tiny footprint with luxe features in a garden setting. Only 1-block from Alki beach, experience the best of PNW beach living. Your own secure building (325 sq ft studio) with kitchenette, queen bed, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Enjoy luxury and comfort in the north end of Magnolia! This one-of-a-kind newly built and finished studio with loft space has the cozy touches of home with the streamlined feel of a high end hotel. Custom wood finishes crafted by the owner provide warmth. High ceilings, skylights, and large chandelier installment encourage bird watching, wine drinking, and sunset sky admiring.

Enjoy a quiet stay in a new one-bedroom/one-bathroom detached apartment in Seattle's Central District. A 10 minute bus ride will take you downtown (on the 3 or the 4); or a 5 minute walk to Swedish Hospital. Off-street parking is available at no additional charge. We also have a level 2 (40amp) car charging available, for an extra fee, and must be prearranged.
