This cozy tiny home is nestled off the beaten path and includes all of the necessities for a refreshing retreat, including access to a small lake for swimming and fishing. Wake up in your bed in the morning, and look directly out the window to the water. Prepare breakfast in the full kitchen before spending time out on the front deck with a view of the lake, or going down and taking a dip. This "tiny" 330sqft retreat is ideal for 1 or 2 adults looking for a quiet escape from the busy day to day.

When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.

Spacious studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Renton or Issaquah. Queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. In the summer, enjoy shared lake access with kayaks, floaties and fishing in our stocked lake. Firepit available, wood not provided. ***While legally I understand that service animals must be accommodated, I would respectfully request you look elsewhere if you have a service animal as we suffer from severe allergies.
