Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Bumble Cottage - Sedbergh (19 miles to Windermere)

Bumble Cottage is a recently renovated semi-detached barn conversion. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk from the main street in Sedbergh village and the Yorkshire Dales Way is right outside the front door. It has been furnished to a high standard and is the ideal getaway. This chocolate box village has stunning hikes, bike rides, wild swimming, golf and fishing for the outdoor type. Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Rural getaway with a view – Old Spout Barn

Old Spout Barn has been renovated into a luxury two bedroomed Holiday Cottage with a multi fuel burner, picture window to capture the breath-taking views of the Howgill Fells and a bespoke well equipped kitchen. The living area is open plan with T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom and Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles and a Patio for you to enjoy the stunning views.

We offer attractive self catering accommodation in a quiet picturesque rural Cumbrian village in the Lyvennet Valley at the northern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. You will enjoy exclusive use of this well equipped house for 5 guests (with additional mezzanine double sofa bed if required). Set in it's own beautiful garden with an open aspect over fields, this area is wonderful for walking and cycling and with easy access to the Lakes District. Dark skies are a notable feature.

Siskin cottage is solar powered and semi detached, with plant lovers gardens front and back. There's a wildlife pond full of frogs and numerous bird feeders. Seating areas encourage you to enjoy the tranquility. A shed for bike storage & parking for two cars. Inside natural light is celebrated with a light decor and glass doors. Downstairs is tiled throughout, ideal if you arrive a bit damp and great if you're bringing a dog! Well equipped kitchen and a piano!

our lovely 2 bedroom cottage features a welcoming living area with a log burner, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom also a rear garden with seating in a quiet friendly area. come and enjoy Sedbergh walks with fabulous views with shops, cafes and pubs located approximately 3/4 mile into the market town where you can also find a tourist information centre. the property is situated on the dalesway walk and also the hamlet having won Cumbria in bloom multiple times.

Honeypot Cottage Kirkby Lonsdale

A perfect central hideaway in the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale just off the main street a stones throw away from shops, pubs and cafes. Honeypot cottage is a beautiful newly renovated one bedroom cottage with modern en-suite, open plan kitchen/ living room with a double sofa bed for additional guests. The Servants Wing is situated within the the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. The views from the property over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position are spectacular. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the private driveway. Whilst adjoining the main house the accommodation offers a great deal of privacy and includes a separate entrance & private outdoor area.
