You will find many promenades, hiking trails, golf courses, varied ski slopes and our world championship cross-country ski trails nearby.

The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. Die Wohnung, bestehend aus Vorraum, Badezimmer und Wohnraum (Küche, Essecke, Sofa, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher), wurde 2018 komplett neu renoviert. ACHTUNG: - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug! - Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist recht eng, eine Alternative können wir leider nicht bieten.
