Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Big Family Apartment by Villa Commodore Ičići

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

Luxury Villa Benic 3 *****

This three-bedroom and three-bathroom villa includes everything you can think of having during your vacation. Big living room space has incorporated dining room and the kitchen. You can relax at the outdoor pool and enjoy the sea view in a completely private setting. The villa is equipped with a smart TV, heating and cooling system, a fireplace, a sauna, and a terrace. This accommodation comes with the free WiFi, a parking space, and a parking garage. Cleaning lady is available 24/7.

Apartman Lucija, studio app

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Holiday House "Rudi" Crikvenica

Despite its central location, the house is in a quiet area, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, it is ideal for groups of up to 9 people, families, and friends (with small pets). Sea view, heated jacuzzi, 2 private parking spaces, garden with barbecue, covered terrace, and outdoor kitchen. Hammock, sun loungers, lawn, and children's equipment. Workspace, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in all rooms, billiards, and darts.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The modern building "Villa Mediterran" with 265 m² over 3 floors has a total of 6 bedrooms and a sofa bed for children, 5 bathrooms and toilets, an additional guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area on the ground floor, an open fireplace in the living room on the ground floor and a wellness area (Sauna, infrared) with tea kitchen and relaxation area on the second floor.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
