Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. NEW: Netflix and amazon prime are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking infant of the house. Unfortunately there are no more shopping opportunities in the village itself. Supermarkets can be reached by car in 5-8 minutes. You can have bread delivery

Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

Sehr schöne helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit separater Küche und Bad. Sie wohnen auf 50qm im Dachgeschoss direkt am Lahnwanderweg. Sie blicken über die Stadt Diez. Sie schlafen auf einem 160x200cm Bett. Parken vorm Haus (bzw. im Hof) ohne Kosten. In wenigen Minuten erreichen sie Einkaufzentrum, Bäcker, Metzger etc. 10 Minuten von der Diezer Innen- und Altstadt und der Lahn. Nach Limburg fahren sie 10 - 15 Minuten. Dort gibt es einen Dom und ebenso eine historische Altstadt.

Der mittelalterliche Markplatz mit seinen historischen Fachwerkhäusern gehört zu den schönsten in Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Videotürsprechanlage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 3 Fussgängerminuten entfernt.

Separate barrierefreie Einliegerwohnung
