Enter the completely private suite through your own private side door to the one bedroom studio, complete with galley kitchen and bathroom. Built early 1900s, our home has been completely renovated. Modern 1 bedroom, quiet & cozy suite. Private entrance. Kitchenette (no cooking), refridge/microwave/coffee/toaster/sink/plates/utensils. Gas grill. Spacious bathroom, queen size bed. Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd will you will find all of our beautiful beaches. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle with a heads up), private backyard, access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.
