Great space for business trips, traveling doctors & nurses (close to hospitals). Great area for cycling, hiking, swimming (Whiskeytown lake is 8 miles away), fishing, Sun Dial Bridge. Interaction with Guests: We are usually on the property and available if needed. You will have complete privacy.

Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed.

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
