Casa de Luces located in the beautiful Sunset Terrace area of Redding is a one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy open floor plan with dining table and a comfortable living area. Our guests love the privacy, patio, views of the greenbelt and eastern horizon. Located close to I-5, city center shops, grocery stores, Sundial Bridge and River Trail. Comfortable, Clean, Quality Linens, Small Newly Renovated, Tucked away 20 steps off the main parking area with a view to the back more quiet area. The Cascade Motel, is a 1950 original Moter Lodge with an update. It's close to Central Redding, 12 min to Bethel, 4 min to the Bonneyview boat ramp on the Sacramento River, 6 min to I-5. This little cluster of Airbnb is part of a larger residence hotel with long- term residents. This is a quiet friendly community, welcoming sort term stays

Nice 2 bedroom near the hospital

No pets. Two bedroom house close to downtown Weaverville with trail access to the Weaverbally trail system across the street. In a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by elderly. Lower level has studio that is an Airbnb, completely separate, with separate outdoor space & parking. Well appointed and energy efficient with double pain windows. Lots of wildlife viewings with deer in the yard and sometimes horses next door. Netflix and laundry facilities. Brand new carpet and no pets.

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.
