The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

The free town bus stop is across the street & will take you to the Avon Center where you can connect to BC or Vail, etc. Close to all in Avon & steps to river/bike path. Walk to Nottingham Lake/Park. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious LR and Comfy king bed!

Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Set in a quiet location in Kremmling close to town amenities you may forget you are in town. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment has a washer/dryer, television with satellite package, DVD and VHS player, full kitchen/dining/living area and makes a great "base camp" for all the adventures Grand, Summit and Routt counties provide.
