On the ground floor is the kitchen and dinning area. At the back is a small area with access to the outside patio and a lovely walled garden. Ideal for friends or family. The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

With the popular wedding venue (Peak Edge Hotel ) within walking distance and the beautiful market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Chesterfield (with its famous crooked spire) close by you can easily explore the Peak District from here. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

Church View Annex, Shelley – Sleeps 8/10 – Hot tub

Church View Annex is a spacious but cosy property with a fantastic open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and hot tub – great for families and groups. There is ample off-street parking for 6/7 cars. Two well-behaved dogs are permitted. The annex is situated between the Emmanuel Church and The Old Vicarage in the pleasant village of Shelley, West Yorkshire. It is a perfect base for those wanting to explore the area or for those attending weddings at nearby venues.
