Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Please feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

Spacious converted warehouse with huge living/kitchen & separate double bedroom. Unique property set in private courtyard in leafy S10 not far from the city yet spitting distance to countryside and the beautiful Peak District. Bus every 10 minutes from the bottom of cobbled track to the universities, hospital & town centre. We also rent out a 2 bed bungalow in the same courtyard. First morning's breakfast provided including homemade bread, tea, eggs, jam, cereal. Baby/dog-sitting available

Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

Furnished to the highest standards with on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher) ,open plan, vaulted dining room / hall & family bathroom (with Bath). Stairs take you up to a beautiful, open plan lounge with wood burning stove, tv (Freesat) , and of course there is the second double bedroom served by its own stairs.

The Annexe
Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

Newly renovated, cosy and freshly furnished stone cottage in the Peak District. Exposed beams, thick walls, lovely views. Beautiful, quiet countryside setting. Perfect for walkers and bikers. Leave the car and step straight onto lakes, moorland, crags and woodland. 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 (double, 2 single/king). Extensively equipped kitchen. Bathroom has large shower and roll top bath. Patio. Off-street parking. Netflix. Safe indoor bike storage. Have a cuddle with our lambs!

Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
