Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Stockland Shellharbour, Shellharbour Marina, Shell Cove and Kiama are only minutes away by car or public transport. Look for Gerringong. The Sands is a cosy, light filled private space to relax and revive. Walk 150mtrs and have your feet on the sand of Little Lake, then follow it around to pristine Warilla beach. The perfect couples retreat, we are close to shops, restaurants, cafes and some of the most beautiful and romantic places on the south coast. Fishing, surfing, diving, bike riding or just exploring our parks, Lake, and heritage areas. There is something for everyone. We are dog friendly at owners discretion.

In our view we are in a fantastic location just a 5 minute drive to Shellharbour Harbour, Shell Cove, Stockland Shellharbour shopping, short drive Wollongong, Kiama, local wineries, Illawarra fly on the Southern Highlands. (Could have 1 child under 2 in a travel cot, high chair can be provided upon request).

Red Gate is a retreat for couples or singles to relax and getaway from it all. Only a two minute walk to the sparkling waters of Warilla Beach where you can swim and surf in the patrolled beach or follow the shared pathway along the coast and into Little Lake Reserve for a leisurely swim. The property is small dog friendly, by owners discretion. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, and clubs. WE PROVIDE AN AIRFRYER FOR THE GUESTS.
