Our cottage offers a relaxed comfortable stay with stunning mountain views & acres of parkland gardens to wander. Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

Vineyard Vista

Nestled between two of the Shoalhavens best wineries,Vineyard Vista ticks all the boxes. Located on a quiet and private road,our three bedroom house is only minutes to Shoalhaven Heads beach,the local golf course or the Shoalhaven River if you fancy throwing in a line. The vibrant hub of Berry is only a 10 minute drive,where you can enjoy the streetside cafes,or just wander through the many homeware and antique shops. Relax with your own BBQ and al fresco dining,or just hang by the shared pool.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Our self contained Studio is the pearl of our property, with a comfortable double bed, sitting area, your own bathroom, and kitchenette. On your terrace you will find a BBQ for your own convenience. WIFI and parking is included in your stay. The stunning mountain views, birds and trees make your stay unforgettable. We live in a quiet neighbourhood nestled at the foothills of Cambewarra Mountain and ideally located between the picturesque villages of Berry & Kangaroo Valley.

Soul Sanctuary is a gorgeous luxury getaway for couples. Enjoy a chic, open plan coastal home full of light and awe inspiring ocean views from both sides of the house. With an all seasonal spa, al fesco dining, and relaxed living spaces, it's the perfect place to unwind and leave the world behind. Enjoy complete seclusion at Soul Sanctuary, reserved for just two guests, with no other occupants or shared spaces. Strictly - 2 night minimum. Strictly - no pets.

By The River-River front location with water views

Welcome to your lovely four bedroom, three bathroom home "By The River". Your home is located directly on the Shoalhaven River and a 300 metre walk along the sand to Seven Mile Beach. From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean. There is a rumpus room, lounge room, built in robes, balcony, and fire place so you can really relax. Great pub & Bowling Club in walking distance and great Wineries close by.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Rosebud Character Filled Country Guest Suite in Berry

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home. Settle back on the Adirondack chairs on the rear porch and watch the rainbow lorikeets feed in the dogwood tree shading the private courtyard. Snuggle up for a cosy night in watching the latest movies on Netflix or wander just minutes into town to enjoy the many outstanding cafes, restaurants and shops Berry has to offer.

River Run

Have fun with the whole family at this holiday makers destination. The property is located within walking distance to the river and the Shoalhaven Heads pub. You can also access the Botanical Gardens through a gate at the back of the complex. There are golf courses nearby at Shoalhaven Heads and Nowra.
