A tranquil retreat minutes from the Wind River hotel & Casino and downtown Riverton. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River on its own island. Sit on the front porch, fish, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, or just relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) This guesthouse is ideal for enjoying the small but charming town of Thermopolis, as well as using it as a hub to visit the Big Horn Mountains, Boysen Reservior, Yellowstone Park, or many other adventures this part of Wyoming has to offer. There are approx. 6000 feet of River front that is accessible out the back of the property, and several acres around the house to explore. The house is fully stocked, and all you need to bring are your clothes, and a sense of adventure.
