In addition to winter sports, it offers plenty of recreational possibilities including rafting, white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and golfing. The stay is 0.3 km from the restaurant, public transport, and the ski bus. At 0.7 km, you have the town centre of Kaprun for evening strolls. The supermarkets lie at 0.5 km, and the ski lift is 1.3 km. There is a lake at 5 km for a pleasant day out. The apartment has heating for comfort in cold days. Apartment Almblick ligt op 5 min. loopafstand van het centrum van Kaprun, de ski/lijnbus naar de Kitzsteinhorn (gletsjer), Maiskogel en Schmittenhöhe is 150mtr vanaf het apartment. Het apartement heeft een huiskamer met volleid ingerichte keuken (inductie kookplaat, koelkast, oven, vaatwasser), tafel met 4 stoelen, hoekbank en TV. Er is een kleine slaapkamer met een 2-pers.bed en badkamer (WC en ruime douche). In het gebouw is er ruimte voor ski's/boards /fietsen en een wasmachine/droger.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Ihr könnt euch in unserer Hütte gut dem Alltag entziehen, und gemütliche Tage im Rahmen eurer Familien oder mit Freunden verbringen. Unser neuestes Highlight ist ein Smoker inklusive Anleitungsbuch. Unsere Hütte ist bestens geeignet für 2 bis 4 Personen. Strom + Wasser vorhanden.

Herzlich Willkommen! Unser Apartment wurde 2019 komplett neu gebaut und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen so brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Ferienregion Zell am See/Kaprun. Die unzähligen Ausflugsziele in der Region machen deinen Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis. Zur Tauern Spa oder zum Kapruner Gletscher sind es nur wenige Minuten. Zell am See erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder der Bahn.

Gemütliches Apartment in den Bergen

Willkommen in meinem gemütlichen Apartment am Rande des Hohe Tauern Nationalparks. Der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Aussicht auf die Berge zu genießen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Skigebiete wie das Gasteinertal oder das Kitzsteinhorn. Im Sommer findet ihr hier zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu wandern, zu klettern oder zu mountainbiken und könnt euch danach im Naturpool erfrischen oder in unserer Panoramasauna mit Blick auf den Hochkönig entspannen.

The beauty of this apartment is the silence, the security and the view - you live in the alpine pasture area, where you can be directly inspired by nature. On the other hand, if you want to experience the society and culture of the region, you are in 5 minutes by car in the center of Kaprun, in 15 minutes in Zell am See, where you have an ambitious offer. If you want to go up the Kitzsteinhorn, then it's 2.5 km to the valley station from the apartment.
