This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

This beautiful estate is not only exceptionally unique, but also has every modern luxury necessary to feel more than comfortable. Situated in the heart of nature, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Dear Guests, apartment Ana is located between the city center (city square is 5 min away by foot) and beach Zagazine (5 min by foot) in a really quiet one-way street. If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

Die immergrüne Insel Olib liegt zwischen Zadar und Losinj. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist sehr hell. Ausgestattet mit Vorraum, Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC und mit einem Wohnraum mit vollwertigem Doppelbett zum ausziehen, Küche, Essplatz und Sitzgelegenheit. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Garten mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit und am Dach eine 100m² große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Inselwelt und das Meer.

Silba is small island with beautiful beaches with lots of nature, the whole island is a walking zone which means there is no cars and its perfect for a family vacation. Our fireplace comes in handy if you want to enjoy your private dinners. If you stay seven days or longer you will get barbecue dinner in sing of our appreciation. When you arrive in port we will wait you there,pick you up and transfer your luggage to the apartments free of charge.

This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

Under the pines, right on the beach and by the sea walkway (lungo mare). Valdarke area is located halfway between Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj, within walking distance from both towns. Our apartments are cosy, well maintained and perfectly equipped for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Studio apartment is located on the main square in the old town of Pag near the church of st. Mary and the Duke's palace, 50 meters from the shore and 200 meters from the large sandy beach. WINDOWS DOES NOT HAVE VIEW ON THE CITY SQUARE. ZRĆE BEACH IS 20 KM FROM THE APARTMENT.
