Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

We are also conveniently located for the M1 (6 miles) and just 4 miles away from the A628 Woodhead Pass to Manchester.
