From the edge of the lush landscape, it has beautiful views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, Griffith Park, and the Silverlake Reservoir, and is facing West for lovely sunsets. Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

We are right next to the Swan stairs; a popular local trail for sightseeing.

Stylish back house with kitchenette, microwave and hot plate + a dining area that doubles as a workspace. Comfortable bed with nice linens + loveseat for reading. While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

Our home is a peaceful yet centrally-located magical hidden treasure tucked in the middle of trees and lush vegetation in Elysian Heights. Quiet and private, our secret garden is filled with lounging areas where you can feel inspired to create or simply rest. From our hammock, to our cowboy tub, our day bed or vegetable garden, you will find plenty to do if you enjoy the outdoors. If you get bored, take a walk to plenty of coffee places and restaurants 10 mins away from home.

Cozy Spanish Sanctuary Great Energy

The space is cozy and bright. Its placement at the top of the hill makes it feel like you're in a tree house. It's a great place to lounge around or get some work done. Open all the windows and let the breeze flow right through the tree tops and into the house. You get the whole house! Two bedrooms and 1 bath. Washer and dryer are downstairs. There are a lot of stone steps to get up to the house. It's a bit of a workout to some people, but well worth it!

Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
