Guests are welcome to use the pool during the summer (not-heated) and hot tub year round. We have beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and mini cooler available. Modjeska Canyon is the best kept secret in Orange County. This rural area is home to horses, livestock, and the Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary. Beautiful hikes and mountain biking opportunities are right outside your door. Enjoy an escape from the the city knowing you are 30 minutes from Disneyland and John Wayne Airport. Two miles from Rancho Las Lomas and Giracci Vinyard. Your room is a spacious converted garage but you are welcome to use the entire downstairs and backyard. We are dog friendly.

Perfect location with 5-7 min drive to Huntington Harbor, to Sunset Beach, with lots of markets, restaurants and parks in the immediate area, 10 min to Bella Terra Mall. Costco.. Safe and quiet neighborhood Parking: on the streets ( there are plenty) except on 2nd and 4th Monday mornings =street sweeping- parking: on driveway One guest and non-smoker only please. Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

My place is in a safe and quiet neighborhood; located in the center of Orange County, 5 minutes away from John Wayne Airport, South Coast Plaza and Irvine that has a lot of corporate offices. The bedroom is furnished with queen memory foam bed, iron and ironing board, work (study) space and mini refrigerator. Camera surveillance 24/7 outside of the house. NOTE: We just got the permit to work on the backyard so there will be construction noise between 8am to 5pm. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Bedroom is 2 steps from front door. 😊 Large home with lots of windows and a happy vibe. You will feel comfortable. Mini Fridge in room. The dog in the photo does not live here, but there is a couple of outside/ inside cats. Very quiet neighborhood. There are 2 Private heated pools to enjoy. You can check in as late as you like. Wonderful park to walk, 1 minute away. We are 1 mile from Old Town Tustin, which is a wonderful are to walk, shop, dine & the greatest French Bakery in California!
