The Loft encompasses a cozy mountain cabin feel with modern updates and easy access to some of Southwest Colorado's best attractions. Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

After a great day of riding, hiking or skiing the many great trails of the San Juan's, come home to a soak in a early 1900's era cast iron tub or a hot shower in the newly remodeled bathroom. The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Down climb into this quintessential alpine hideaway. The Ice Climber's Suite is a historic 1890's miner's quarters built for the employees of the Idarado Mine Company. This underground space features original stone walls and brick floors. It is a cozy and unique retreat, the perfect basecamp for all your mountain adventures. *WARNING* the ceilings are as low as 6'2" in some areas in this unit. This unit is next to the laundry room which is accessed by the cleaning staff during the day.

Riverfront Cabin 3 - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub Access

Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Access to multiple mountain biking & hiking trails including Dry Fork, Colorado Trail, Twin Buttes & much more. 36 minutes from Phil’s World MTB trail system in Cortez. Close to ski, snowboarding & nordic in the winter.

Covey's Cabin

An authentic Colorado experience 15 minutes from downtown Durango. Covey's Cabin is a tiny home, located at La Ponderosa, a multi cabin property equipped with many outdoor amenities! A barbecue, an outdoor fire pit, a lit up recreation area and a hot tub are all part of the experience! Seasonally, we have an organic vegetable garden and outdoor yard games as well! Cookie and Kareem, our mini donkey and fainting goat, are here to welcome you!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

This is the Powderhouse, the ultimate basecamp for your Ouray vacation and adventures! This cute and cozy mountain home is only a half block from Ouray's Main Street and two blocks walking distance to the Box Canyon Falls and the Perimeter Hiking Trail. Once a home to your hosts Dan and Angela, the Powderhouse has been transformed into their perfect guesthouse that is 100% Ouray! - Dogs are welcome (only 2 at a time) no cats please.
