It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.

There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

13th St. Studio Loft

This cozy studio loft, an upstairs apartment of approx. 550 sq ft, is in a historic building in downtown Silverton, Colorado. This charming two room, one bath studio is comfortable for two with a pillow-top queen bed with luxurious sheets and duvet covered down comforter. A fully equipped kitchen includes dinette table. The bathroom features amenities by Beekman 1802 Fresh Air Collection to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap.

Nestled in an aspen forest with picturesque views of the iconic San Juan mountains, this charming mountain cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, yet it is less than 5 miles from the heart of Telluride and only 3 miles to the Mountain Village parking garage with ski-in/ski-out access and a free gondola that drops you right into Telluride. We typically require a 30 day minimum booking, feel free to enquire with any questions.
