Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Stay in a private cottage on our peaceful alpaca farm in the Dutch countryside. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. Dogs are welcome and can roam safely in the private fenced garden! Located in the Hoeksche Waard, about 25 minutes from major cities and 40 minutes from the North Sea. Walking and cycling routes start from the property! The cottage has a cozy loft with a comfortable double bed and a pellet stove for colder days. Meet our friendly alpacas during your stay!

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
