Original style unique circa 1972 Port-A-Lodge on Lake Mathis. Recently renovated. Enjoy fishing/swimming by boat! Lake levels fluctuate. Lake levels are medium now. Huge covered deck with lots of seating and outdoor charcoal grill. Decorated with modern art touches and safari themed. This cozy but comfortable double "igloo" with Queen size bed, renovated walk-in shower, new flooring, and kitchen amenities. Perfect for weekend getaway, longer stays available. Boat trailer parking. Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Originally a working Cobbler's Barn in the 1930's and then fully remodeled and converted in 2021. Now the space is modern but still retaining the original character and charm. Features AC, very comfy queen bed, fully functional kitchen with stovetop burners, microwave, small oven, and a mini fridge. Bathroom with beautiful large vanity lights and well lit shower. If you stay longer than 30 days, we offer laundry service free of charge .

This is a cozy, comfortable tiny home. It is small but has all your basic necessities that make it enjoyable and a fun stay in. You will have a queen bed, shower, bathroom, refrigerator , 2 burner stove, tv, and internet. Covered patio and parking with plenty of room to park trailers. It is a very peaceful and restful setting. It is a very secure place for equipment and tools.
