Beautiful cottage in village location

Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

The Railway Cottage

A Truly Unique Stay. Step inside this idyllic, picture-perfect Victorian cottage set in the heart of Leicestershire’s Charnwood Forest, on England’s only Main Line Heritage Railway. Built in 1897, The Railway Cottage has been lovingly designed to offer luxury, comfort and tranquillity; the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, whilst listening to the hoots and whistles of the steam trains running at the end of the garden.

The Vine Cabin is a hand built snug insulated wooden cabin with woodburner, within sight and sound of the River Wreake where you can use our canoes . Sleeps up to 5 (2 in bunks), basic cooking facilities. Canoe building holidays by arrangement. The built in bunk can take 2 people ( increasing the capacity to 6, but they need to be friendly!!). Please bring sleeping bags for the built in bunk (the other beds have bedding provided)

Shepherds Hut+Hot Tub+BBQ Hut on farm with animals

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.

The Old Stable in Newtown Linford

A newly refurbished, spacious annex with a stylish open plan kitchen-living room, a huge master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Sofa beds for additional guests available upon request. Situated in the heart of Newtown Linford, a charming English village.

The Barn
