Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

Detta eleganta boende är perfekt för två familjer. Ni bor i min privata villa med tillhörande gäststuga, pool och vedeldad bastu. Ni har 25 minuter till Malmö och Lund med bil. Det finns flertalet golfbanor i närheten. 3 minuter till The National och 10 minuter till Bokskogens GK. Mataffär 750m. Städning samt lakan och handdukar ingår. Vi röker naturligtvis inte inomhus och ej heller utomhus. Husdjur ej tillåtna.
